By accessing or using Ten to Twenty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Ten to Twenty is a personal finance tool that helps users track income and manage charitable giving. The Service connects to your bank accounts through Plaid to detect income and suggest donation amounts based on your chosen giving percentage.

Important: The Service does not move money, make donations on your behalf, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

The Service uses Plaid to connect to your bank accounts. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Plaid to access your account information on our behalf. You can disconnect your accounts at any time through the Settings page.

Income detection is based on automated analysis and may not be accurate. You are responsible for verifying all income and donation calculations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEN TO TWENTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
